From plan to handover
For renovations, we can coordinate the preparation: building drawings, planning-permission applications where relevant, scheduling, construction and finishing. We agree the exact scope and any specialist involvement in advance.
Alongside renovation work, NedApex can arrange building drawings and assist with or manage planning-permission applications. For each project, we assess the required documentation and any specialist support. Where needed, we coordinate with trusted tradespeople. Planning permission always depends on the competent authority’s decision.
